Waffle House in Alcoa

Food was amazing, our server Lil bit was very helpful and kind. My wife and I enjoyed it very much

Very reliable and quick service. Food is always consistent. Always tasty. Friendly staff that doesn't mess around. Nice spot to stop on the way to the airport.

Great food. Cooks are very busy. Left a 5$ tip for my server n she didn't thank me.. Mustve had something on her mind... Gave cooks 5$ each as well.. Dont forget them...tip m good

Food was cold and I don't know why it was. Not many people there for that to happen

The night service is awesome. The food is cooked properly. The food is as good as any mom and pop restraunt.

I was surprised at how good the food was here. Got used to so so good from waffle house as my kids love it but I was pleasantly surprised at this one. 4/5 stars. 5/5 if the waitresses could have kept their personal lives personal and maybe complained about other staff a littlet less.Over all good food

I love Waffle House but this was a disappointing experience. The food wasn't properly prepared and the waitress was abrupt and made several comments that were rude.

Do not recommend this place. Awful food. Cold half cooked waffle, stone cold grits and gravy, BITTER coffee. I will not return.

It was okay. Ann is still there and rocking! She handled a rude obnoxious customer with grace you rock Ann!

everyone there was very friendly it was quick and easy in and out

Familiar quick and friendly service that is routine with this well known chain. Whether your visit is at 2pm or 6am, menu is always the same, prices cheap, and food good!

Cleanest Waffle House I've been to. Everyone was friendly and greeted us when we walked through the door.

I enjoyed the food late at night. Workers and customers were all so friendly. The price was also reasonable.

Seeing how I know just a little bit more than I'd like to know about this particular Waffle House location I will try and keep the truth somewhat shrouded in secrecy. The place is a whorehouse filled with meth heads and ne'er-do-wells who turn tricks right out of the back parking lot of this place. Oh I know more than I'd like to know and I will never eat at this place again

This is the second time that I came in and there is only one employee in the build. (That dangerous) the store manager needs to need get his head out ... and pay attention to all of his/her shift. Store manager need to be there if you can't find anybody else.

Was friendly, fast service with a large party....

Ignored from the time we entered. Took 20min to get water. Food wait was over an hour from the time we ordered. They did offer a military discount though.

Probably the least annoying WH I've been to. Most WH either have poor service, or over-enthusiastic servers who won't leave you alone while you're eating. I can name 5 locations which I refuse to eat at.

Too cold by the windows. Too cold by the door. Too noisy at the counter. Dish washing and dish stacking is right there and is very loud. It says Alcoa, but that is wrong. It was definitely the one on Maynardville Hwy in Halls.

Fast paced not a lot of time for chat..

Today 4/7/20 i called in my order around 11am.. 3 scrambled eggs &triple hashbrowns with A LOT of grilled onions.. So pulled up picked up order just got home & what do u know?? Not 1 ONION in my hashbrowns.. Whoever took my order didn't listen to me.. Ugh...

Always love to visit a waffle house when we can.. best waffles around!
